Spinach Salad by Aldraco Quarles

Baby Spinach
Red Onion
Sweet Roasted Peppers
Applewood Smoked Bacon
Gorgonzola Cheese
Wisk together in a wooden bowl:
1 tbsp  light olive oil
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp honey
Pour the dressing over the salad prior to serving it.
Option: pour honey over it

Move More Teams

Are you ready for a challenge?
Leading Lady McCorkle issued a step challenge during Wednesday’s Faithful Families Eat Smart Move More class to encourage us to become more physically active. She created two Move More Teams. The challenge is for each individual to get at least 8,000 steps per day. Both teams are challenged to get a total of 504,000 steps during the course of the Eat Smart Move More program.
